The Italian supercars manufacturer launched today at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show the new Lamborghini Centenario. Lamborghini released the full specifications of the Centenario as well as its price. As its name says, the Lamborghini Centenario is meant to celebrate the 100 years since the company's founder, Ferruccio, was born. The Lamborghini Centenario is based on the Aventador SV. It is powered by a 6.5-liter V12 naturally-aspirated V12 engine that develops 770 hp. The torque output of the engine has not been disclosed. According to the official specifications, the Lamborghini Centenario is able to accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 2.8 seconds. This makes the Centenario the most powerful supercar to ever come out of the Sant'Agata Bolognese factory.

The Lamborghini Centenario's specs also mention that it has a top speed of 350 km/h and it can accelerate from zero to 180 mph (300 km/h) in just 23.5 seconds. The Centenario can stop from 62 mph (100 km/h) in 30 meters and from 300 km/h in 290 meters.

The Centenario is made almost entirely out of carbon fiber. Lamborghini says it weighs just 1,520 kg, which gives it a power-to-weight ratio of 1,97 kg / hp. The body of the Centenario, apart from looking shamelessly aggressive, it's also highly efficient aerodynamically. The Centenario comes with an active rear wing and a massive rear diffuser.

The equipment list of the Lamborghini Centenario includes 10.1-inch touchscreen display, Apple CarPlay support, telemetry software and two cameras that can record your trips. The supercar also comes with an especially designed space in the trunk to hold two helmets.

The Lamborghini Centenario's price starts at $1.9M USD or €1.75M EUR. Only 40 units of the Centenario are going to be built.
