Lancia coupe and Ypsilon concept

 »  »  »

Lancia has released on its official website a few sketches of two new concepts - a Lancia coupe concept and a future Lancia Ypsilon concept. The Italian carmaker has not yet released any information to go with the new Lancia coupe and Ypsilon concepts, but they did announce they have been designed in-house. The Lancia coupe and Ypsilon concepts have been developed by the designers at Centro Stile Fiat.

According to various sources, the new Lancia coupe concept has few chances to ever make it into production. The last coupe produced by Lancia was the Fulvia Coupe which was launched seven years ago. A new Lancia coupe would be a much needed addition to the company's line-up.

The second concept previewed by the company could replace the current Ypsilon. The new Lancia Ypsilon concept previews a five-door model that keeps the lines of the current version. However, it also shows some of the definitive design lines present in the current Lancia Delta generation.

We'll have more details on the Lancia coupe and Ypsilon concepts as soon as they become available.
