Mazda revealed today the new Freestyle Cab version of its BT50 pickup truck. The most distinctive feature of the new Mazda BT50 Freestyle is its rear doors that open towards the rear, in the same fashion as the ones of the RX8. The world premiere of Mazda's BT50 Freestyle Cab will take place at the Australian International Motor Show, which will take place in Melbourne between 1 – 10 July.

The Mazda BT50 Freestyle features four seats, a large carrying capacity and, thanks to its RX8 style doors, a wide pillar-less door opening. The front-hinged door and a rear access panel of the BT50 Freestyle Cab manage to provide a opening measuring 1,408 mm in width. apart from this Mazda also enlarged the rear seats, which now

feature a 50 mm longer cushions and 128 mm higher seatbacks.

The Mazda BT50 Freestyle also features a broader cargo bed, which now offers a 1,453-liter loading capacity.
