Mopar revealed today their new modified Jeep Wrangler, which they're going to use in this year's King of Hammers off-road race. Mopar's new wrangler is going to have its debut on February 6th, 2014, at the 2014 Griffin King of The Hammers in the California desert. Mopar's King of Hammers Jeep Wrangler is powered by a GEN III 5.7 liter HEMI crate engine. Six of these 4700 Spec Class 4x4 vehicles are going to enter the Every Man Challenge, which is an enthusiasts' category. Unfortunately, Mopar did not release any technical specifications for their new Wrangler. The 4700 Spec Class offers even first-timers the chance to experience ULTRA4 Racing. The race combines desert racing and rock crawling with four competitive classes.
The competition is in its 8th year and it appears it attracts more and more racers.
