At this year's Hanover Commercial Vehicle Show Nissan announced that the Nissan NV200 goes into production early next year. The production version of the Nissan NV200 will replace the Renault Kangoo-based Kubistar compact van and will go on sale in Japan next spring. In Europe the Nissan NV200 will go on sale before the end of 2009.
The production version of the Nissan NV200 will not feature the 'pod' body of the concept - which slides out on rails and is supported by fold-down legs - because of the cost.
