Palatov Motosports are the manufacturers of the dp4 super go-kart which is able to keep up with an Ariel Atom. How is this possible? The Palatov dp4 go-kart is powered by bike 1400cc engine which develops 200 hp. Taking into account the whole vehicle weighs only 800lb (363 kg), this is quite a huge amount of power. The Palatov dp4 go-kart has a welded tubular 4130 chromoly steel chassis and a advanced composite body and measures 2637 mm in length, 1709 mm in width and 1142 mm in height. It has a 1740 mm wheelbase.
The Palatov dp4 go-kart is fitted with 6-speed sequential gearbox, also pulled out of a motorcycle and RWD. The pocket rocket can also be equipped with an AWD system with chain drive and a limited slip differential.
The Palatov dp4 go-kart price starts at 25,910 USD if you buy it as a kit and goes up to 50,000 USD if you take the complete package with all the optional extras.
