Kia announced today that it has banned all pigeons and other birds from its UK dealerships in order to keep the cars cleaner for customers. Every car owner in the world knows that bird-droppings are a menace to the paintjob, so Kia is taking the matter into its own hands. Kia says it has employed a large number of bird experts to be on guard ahead of the summer influx of migrating birds to the British Isles. Kia announced it's now collaborating with expert pigeon fanciers to divert the birds away from its dealerships.
Kia also announced today that it has conducted a study and found out that black and red models appear to attract the most bird droppings, while the silver and white paintwork seem to be safe from this. the same study confirmed that
Kia models are not more 'popular' with the pigeons than other vehicles.
UPDATE: This was an April Fool's Day joke, obviously.
