The German tuners from Kaege have recently developed a new weight saving program for the Porsche 911 GT3 RS. The Porsche 911 GT3 RS is powered by a 3.6-liter engine that produces 415 hp. Kaege plans to increase the output of this engine to 520 hp. Kaege's Porsche 911 GT3 RS comes equipped with a bespoke sport exhaust system with 200 cells cats, which increases the sports car output by 8 hp and decreases its weight by 7 kg. The car is also equipped with a carbon airbag which add another 7 hp. Kaege's 911 GT3 RS is also fitted with an electrical power steering pump instead of the standard hydraulic one. This increases the power at the wheels by 10 hp. The car is also equipped with more capable air filters, a Sachs sports clutch, and 19-inch alloys that help reduce the weight by another 9 kg.

To further improve the performance of their Porsche 911 GT3 RS, Kaege gave it Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires, a KW competition suspension, and a Liteblox lithium-ion battery (15 kg lighter than the standard one). With the help of various other mods, Kaege managed to further reduce the weight of the 911 GT3 RS by another 20 kg. The price of these mods has not been disclosed yet.
