There has been a lot of talk lately about the name of Renault's new SUV and Kanjara was one of the options. Recently, the French carmaker has registered the Renault Kanjara name with its home market authority in this matter. This comes to futher strengthen the rumor regarding the new SUV's name.
The Renault Kanjara is expected to be launched at the Geneva Auto Show and will probably bring with it new petrol and diesle engines. We're not sure the Kanjara name will be transffered to the Dacia version of the SUV, but this is a strong possibility.
The Renault Kanjara has an Indian origin and it means mild and is usually used as a person's name.
