Rinspeed announced today that they're going to premiere the XchangE driverless car concept at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. Today they released two images showing how they imagine the interior of a driverless car would look like. Rinspeeds's design is aimed at allowing the driver to make the best use possible of his newly gained free time behind the wheel. The Rinspeed XchangE driverless car is a four-door touring sedan, which is powered by a fully electric powertrain. Rinspeed's driverless car features four comfortable seats inspired by those of the most luxurious airliners. The Rinspeed XchangE is also equipped with various innovations in terms of entertainment, safety and service functions. All the occupants of the driverless car have access to a variety of media and information systems.

The XchangE's steering wheel can be parked in the middle of the dashboard, since it features steer-by-wire technology.

The driver of the Rinspeed XchangE is going to be able to text, read, surf the web, play games, watch movies and hold a meeting at 120 km/h. We'll have more images and details of the Rinspeed XchangE driverless car as soon as they surface.
