Edag, a German engineering company, revealed recently their latest concept car, which is called the Light Cocoon. The Edag Light Cocoon concept is going to have its world debut at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. The Edag Light Cocoon plans to be a compact, dynamic sports car that features a so-called "bionically optimized structure" and weatherproof textile outer skin panels. We're not really sure how much safety textile panels can offer, but let’s go along with it. Apparently, Edag is pursuing their vision of sustainability that implies a lightweight and efficient construction concept. Again, shouldn't passenger safety be more important than sustainability? So far Edag did not disclose any details regarding the powertrain of the Light Cocoon Concept.
