The new 2015 Morgan Aero 8 was introduced at this year's Geneva Motor Show. With the 2015 Aero *, Morgan returns to the soft top for the model, which sold in over 1250 units so far. The 2015 Morgan Aero 8 comes with several improvements in terms of chassis, suspension and vehicle aerodynamics. The car is powered by a 4.8-liter V8 engine developed by BMW, which produces 367bhp. The power is sent to the rear wheels via a 6 speed manual gearbox or an automatic transmission with steering wheel mounted paddle shifters. The new Morgan Aero 8 (2015) comes with an aluminum body and chassis, and it features a revised interior and exterior design. Morgan can also sell the 2015 Aero 8 with an optional hardtop, which transforms the car into a coupe. At the interior, the 2015 Morgan Aero 8 features a new dashboard, wood trim parts, leather upholstery, a new air conditioning system, a touchscreen, and carbon fiber seats.
The equipment list of the 2015 Morgan Aero 8 includes a new suspension, anti-roll bars, a BMW limited slip diff, ABS (with EBD), power steering, cruise control and airbags. The 2015 Morgan Aero 8's price has not been disclosed yet, but the carmaker says the new model will go into production towards the end of this year.
