Giugiaro's Clipper is based on Volkswagen's MQB platform and it features a combination between butterfly and gull-wing doors. The Giugiaro Clipper's interior seems to come from a Sci-Fi movie. It features a floating instrument display, a second display for the gauges and a third display that stretches the whole length of the dashboard. The Italdesign Giugiaro Clipper comes with Alcantara upholstery and four iPad Mini units integrated into the headrests. Yes there are two rows of rear seats.

The Italdesign Giugiaro Clipper is powered by two 149 HP (110 kW) electric motors, one for each axles, which means it's all-wheel-drive. The output of the Giugiaro Clipper is rated at 220 hp. With a weight of 1,800 kg, the Clipper can reach a top speed of 204 km/h and it has a range of 540 km.
