Smart ForJeremy Has Wings

 »  »  »

Smart revealed at the 2012 LA Auto Show a special ForTwo electric, called the ForJeremy, which was styled by fashion designer Jeremy Scott. The wings are Scott's trademark, so naturally, his Smart had to have them. They’re not just for show. In fact these wings are the Smart ForJeremy's rear lights, which apparently, light up like rockets. Smart is so enthusiastic about the ForJeremy that they plan to put it on sale next year as a limited edition model. For designing the ForJeremy, Jeremy Scott worked together with the Mercedes-Benz Cars Advanced Design Studios in Carlsbad, California. The ForJeremy comes with a white exterior finish, a chrome-plated tridion cell, and wings made from transparent fiberglass.

Smart also gave the ForJeremy wider rear wheel arches and wheels and "eyebrows" for the headlights.

The interior of the Smart ForJeremy is white with chrome accents. It features a Nappa leather upholstery, and various styling touches

The Smart ForJeremy's price has not been announced yet.
