This is what happens when you try too much, even if you're a WRC driver, as Petter Solberg recently found out. During the Bettega Memorial 2008 Solberg tried to impress the crowd by getting out of his Subaru Impreza WRX WRC race car and climbing on the roof. No problem up until this moment. When he tried to get back in, he probably miscalculated the speed of the vehicle, which was too high, and fell off the car. In a desperate attempt, or maybe just trying a little ghost riding, Solberg runs the catch the car that eventually ends up in the barrier. He definitely impressed the crowd with this one.
