Switzer Performance announced today their Porsche Panamera upgrade program, called the P680. The name of the power kit suggests the output of their Panamera, which is 680 hp on pump fuel. The Switzer Porsche Panamera is based on the twin-turbo, direct-injected V8 version of the sedan, which has received an extra 200 lbs-ft of torque. To get the extra umpf out of the Panamera, Switzer gave it new turbos with custom billet compressor wheels featuring advanced aero-profiles. The tuner says this setup also works with Panamera's factory catalytic converters and stock exhaust system.

The Switzer Porsche Panamera also comes with a custom intercooler system with increased capacity and heat-sink, and Siemens ECU tuning.

Switzer says that it built the P680 Porsche Panamera with the purpose of offering high performance, when desired, and daily derivability. Switzer claims that their Porsche Panamera is able to get from 0 to 60 mph in around 3.5 seconds, and from 60 to 130 mph in the low 8 seconds range. The top speed of Switzer's Panamera is 215 mph (350 km). Switzer's power package for the Porsche Panamera is priced at 22,000 USD.
