This new video is yet another testament to police brutality. Dallas News has released this video showing two police officers beating a motorcyclist after one of the slowest chases in history. On the night of September 5, Andrew Joseph Collins, 28, was stopped by the police while riding his motorcycle. After a short chase, Andrew was arrested and in the process was beaten severely by the two officers.
Officers Kevin Ray Randolph, Paul Gregory Bauer and Henry Walter Duetsch will be charged with felony tampering or fabricating physical evidence. The beating up of the motorcyclist is considered a misdemeanor for which they will hold Randolph and Bauer responsible.
