We recently brought a video showing a driver who was just too drunk to be able to run from a crash scene. The drunk woman in this video goes a step further. While driving under the influence, she manages to crash head-on in a Police car which was on duty. The 20-year-old Haylee Arnell from Riverton, Utah, was driving under the influence on Wednesday night on the I-15. The trouble is she was also driving the wrong way. After receiving several 911 calls, the Police went to stop her, but unfortunately, she came after them, head-on. Haylee Arnell is facing seven charges related to the incident.
