Video: Ohio Police Uses Extreme Force On Diabetic Driver In Shock

 »  »  »

We are sad to report yet another case of extreme case in which law enforcement officers use extreme measures. According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, John Harmon, 52, was driving home in October 2009, when he entered a diabetic shock. As he was not able to keep his car on the lane properly, a Police patrol stopped him. The officer used extreme force on the diabetic driver who was in shock and could comply with the officer's requests. As a result, the driver was "tazed" seven times, dragged out of the car and kicked in the head. In the process he also severely dislocated a shoulder.

As if this was not enough, the Police charged Harmon with resisting arrest and failing to comply orders.

The video of the arrest is available after the jump. Warning! although the clip is not graphic, Mr. Harmon's voice says it all.
