Yesterday's case, that involved a diabetic driver in shock, who got severely beaten by the Police, got us pretty disgusted. Unfortunately, these events seem to take place more and more often these days. This video, shot on New Years Eve, is even more disturbing. We're not really sure why the driver received the "cop treatment". The person shooting the video says the driver asked the officer to "shut up". In any case, the driver doesn't seem to be violent or resist in any kind, so the cop's reaction is unexplainable. He uses his baton and pepper spray on the driver who was already lying on the asphalt.
Some sources report that the cop has a history of violence and that he was off-duty at the time of the event.
