This 30 seconds video, which was uploaded on YouTube, shows an excited driver splashing a few kids who were waiting at a bus stop. The guy took his car through a large puddle and soaked the poor kids waiting in the rain for the bus. The UK Police took action and managed to track down the driver - Kerry Callard, 29 - and the his partner with the camera - Alec Goff, 28. The event took place down Weston Mill Hill, Plymouth in Devon. After drenching the kids, both start laughing and one of them shouts "That was brilliant! Awesome!".
The court may impose the driver a fine of up to 2,500 GBP, and let's hope it will do so. Although soaking a few kids is completely inconsiderate, this had the potential of becoming deadly. What if he lost control of the car in the puddle and run them over.
