During last weekend's race at Donington Park, Jason Plato managed to impress the audience with a spectacular crash which completely destroyed his car. The unfortunate triple roll took place just after the start of Race Two. The event is part of the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship in which Plato races for the Silverline Chevrolet Team. Amazingly, Jason Plato managed to get away unscathed from which is arguably one of the biggest smashes of his career.
From watching the video, it looks like one of the other contestants lost control of his car, and hit the side of Plato's Chevrolet Cruze. This threw him in the green, and eventually into a side barrier.
