VW has announced today that the Volkswagen NMS debut will take place at the Detroit Auto Show (NAIAS) 2011 and has released new sketches of the model. VW also announced that the production version of the Volkswagen NMS (New Midsize Sedan) will go on sale in the third quarter of 2011.
As previously announced, the Volkswagen NMS will be produced at the Chattanooga plant in Tennessee. No technical details of the Volkswagen NMS have been released yet, however, judging from the new renderings, we can find out a few things about its design.
The Volkswagen NMS will have strong hood lines and will feature the brand's new "face". The side of the Volkswagen NMS will feature a broad
C-pillar and strong shoulder line and three window segments. The new model will also have uniquely styled headlamps and tail lights.
