The original M5 gets reviewed in modern days, and still impresses. The original BMW M5 E28 was produced between 1985 and 1988 and they made only 2,191 of them. It has a 3.5-liter 6-cylinder engine, which is good for 286 PS. With a weight of just 1,550 kg, it gives the 1986 BMW M5 a 0-60 mph acceleration time of 6.2 seconds. Back in those days, this was a Veyron moment.
