The new generation 2014 Mercedes C Class was just revealed yesterday, and we already have its first review. However, this test does not involve any driving. The journalists are simply presenting the 2014 Mercedes C Class' exterior and interior design, as well as its practicality and comfort. We guess we'll have to wait a bit longer to see the new Mercedes C Class (2014) in action. The new C Class (2014) is already available for ordering and you can have one starting from 33,558 EUR. Mercedes is going to sell the 2014 C Class with a multitude of engine, but at launch, the new version of the sedan will be available with just three powertrains (C220 BlueTEC with 170 hp, C180 with 156 hp and C200 with 184 hp). Later in the 2014 C Class' life, there will also be a hybrid version and, of course, the new C63 AMG. As you're probably expecting, Mercedes is going to sell the new C class (2014) with either a 6-speed manual gearbox or the 7G-TRONIC PLUS automatic transmission.
The 2014 Mercedes C Class is longer, wider and taller than its predecessor. It also offers a bigger boot and more room for its passengers and driver. The new C Class (2014) is around 100 kg lighter than its predecessor, which means it's more economic. It comes with a new exterior and interior design, higher quality materials and a range of new safety, driver aid and entertainment systems.
We'll have a more in-depth 2014 Mercedes C Class review as soon as Daimler will let us drive it.
