This is an interesting drive test with the new generation 2014 Porsche 911 GT3, which has been conducted on both the race track and on the public roads. The new 2014 911 GT3, which is based on the latest generation of the Carrera S, had its world debut at this year's Geneva auto show. To power the new 911 GT3 (2014), Porsche chose a 3.8-liter boxer engine that sends 475 mad German horsepowers to the rear the supercar's rear wheels via a PDK dual-clutch transmission. Porsche's official specifications say that the new 911 GT3 is able to rocket from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 3.5 seconds. With these credentials, the 2014 Porsche 911 GT3 is a serious rival for both the McLaren MP4-12C and the Nissan GT-R, in its earlier versions. The downside of the 911 GT3, in comparison with the GT-R, is its price tag. A 2014 911 GT3 is going to cost you at least $130,400 USD (€137,303 GBP), while you could easily buy a GT-R for under 100,000 EUR.
