3,305 Oh, this clip brings back a lot of memories. We used to call it a kart. Just that! Not a "High Speed Luge" type thing. It was a plank of wood, with a couple of wooden "axles", and four bearings on each corner. It made a hell lot of noise! The only steering was a piece of rope tied to the front "axle". And that was just so our parents wouldn't get concerned. We actually steered with our feet. Imagine a 5-year-old going down a slope like this, on a plank of wood, driven by plain bearings, and steering with his feet... No brakes. Just hairpins, fresh air, and a few other idiots drifting right besides him.
