Apparently, a Japanese tuner has taken the lead on Ford and produced the 2008 Mustang Bullitt. The Japanese 2008 Mustang Bullitt has a choice between two engines: a V6 4.0 liter 210 hp engine and a V8 4.6 liter 3-valve 300 hp engine. It even has the genuine "highland green" color.

The Mustang Bullitt was first seen by the public in 1968 when Steve McQueen made it famous with its high speed chase. It seems that Ford wants to produce a 2008 Mustang Bullitt, but from the looks of it, the Japanese are first.
