Ford revealed today at the 2014 SEMA show in Las Vegas the new Mustang RTR, which is based on the 2015 version of the pony car. The Ford Mustang RTR is going to be sold with a choice between the 2.3-liter EcoBoost V6 and the 5.0-liter engine. There are going to be two versions of the Mustang RTR, the Spec 1 package (includes styling mods) and the Spec 2 package (includes performance upgrades too). The Ford Mustang RTR Spec 2 develops an incredible 725 hp! The Ford Mustang RTR's body kit includes front and rear spoilers, a rear diffuser, side and rocket panel splitters, a modified upper grille with integrated lights and a re-styled lower grille. The performance upgrades offered by the Ford Mustang RTR include adjustable dampers and sway bars, lowering springs, a MagnaFlow exhaust system, a re-programmed ECU, a supercharger and a cold air intake system.
The Ford Mustang RTR's price and availability are going to be announced at a later date.
