The new Ford Mustang 50 Year Limited Edition had its world debut today at the 2014 New York auto show and it will go on sale this fall. The new Ford Mustang 50 Year Limited Edition is based on the 2015 Mustang GT fastback and it is going to be available in just two colors: Wimbledon White or Kona Blue. The Mustang 50 Year comes equipped as standard with all the options. You just have to choose the color and the transmission type. Ford plans to build just 1,964 of them. The Ford Mustang 50 Year comes with discreet styling elements on the grille, side glass and tri-bar tail lamps, chrome bezels around the tail lights, and a large faux gas cap badge on the rear fascia. The Ford Mustang 50 Year also comes with louvered rear quarter-windows.

At the interior, Ford's 50 Year Mustang features an axel spin finish on the aluminum trim panel, various badges, a cashmere and black leather upholstery, and suede accents.

The Ford Mustang 50 Year Limited Edition is powered by the 5.0-liter V8 engine that's good for 420 hp and 390 lb.-ft. of torque. Its equipment list includes six-piston Brembo front brakes, and 19-inch alloys. Its price is going to be announced at a later date.
