The Japanese manufacturer has released today the full 2008 Subaru Impreza WRC specs. The 2008 Subaru Impreza WRC is powered by a H-4, Flat 4-cylinder, 16 valve, turbocharged 1994cc engine that develops 300 bhp at 5500 rpm and 650 Nm of torque at 3000 rpm. The engine is coupled with a 6-speed electro-hydraulic transmission. The 2008 Subaru Impreza WRC is equipped with an electro-hydraulically controlled center differential and mechanical front and rear differentials. It uses a front MacPherson strut suspension and a rear MacPherson strut one with Bos, fully adjustable shock absorbers.
The 2008 Subaru Impreza WRC is fitted with AP Racing 310mm ventilated brake discs and six-pot calipers for the front and rear. It features an
Inconnel exhaust system with Subaru's anti-lag system and is fitted with catalytic converters.
The data systems of the 2008 Subaru Impreza WRC include a single integrated electronic system controlling the engine, transmission and data-logging. It's also equipped with an LCD color monitor with eight selectable data screens.
The 2008 Subaru Impreza WRC sits on BBS: 15” diameter for gravel, 18” for tarmac wheels and Pirelli tires.
