Ford announced today that the number of 2009 Ford Focus RS orders has already reached 1,000. Amazingly... although the company did not release the color range for the new 2009 Ford Focus RS, around 40% of the orders requested the Electric Green paint. Other requested colors are Frozen White and Electric Blue.
The new 2009 Ford Focus RS packs a 2.5-litre five-cylinder turbocharged engine, especially developed for this car, that's good for 300PS.
Roelant de Waard, Chairman and Managing Director of Ford of Britain said: "We're delighted by the reaction of performance car enthusiasts to the new Focus RS and that so many want to place orders even though it will not be available until early next year."
