In the latest episode of the British TV show Fifth Gear, Tiff Needell makes a 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera review using the S model. The 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera S is powered by a 3.8-liter engine that outputs 385 bhp and is able to take the new version up to a top speed of 188 mph. The price for the 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera starts on the North American market at $75,600. Not only the new version is more powerful than its predecessor, but the company also claims it's more economical. In a recent announcement, the carmaker claims the new 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera managed to get a fuel economy of 6.7 liters /100 kilometers (42.2 mpg).
