The tuners from Tij-Power revealed recently a new powerkit for the 2014 Seat Leon Cupra, as well as a few other performance upgrades. Seat's standard 2014 Leon Cupra is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that develops 280 hp (206 kW) and 350 Nm of torque. Thanks to Tij-Power's powerkit, the 2014 Leon Cupra is able to output as much as 375 hp and 489 Nm of torque. This is 95 hp and 139 Nm of torque more than the standard version of the hatchback. With the extra umpf, the 2014 Tij-Power Leon Cupra is able to reach a top speed of 290 km. the aftermarket specialists from Tij-Power announced that they are currently developing a 2015 Seat Leon Cupra powerkit which is going to increase its output to around 450 hp. The Tij powerkit for the 2015 Leon Cupra includes a new intercooler (1,049 EUR), a re-mapped ECU (999 EUR) and a choice between two exhaust systems.

One runs from the turbo and it's priced at 2,699 EUR and one from the catalyst (1,699 EUR). The new exhaust features 76mm tailpipes and valve control.

Apart from the powerkit, the new Tij-Power Leon Cupra (2014) is equipped with a Plug&Play coilover suspension system from KW (2,299 EUR), which offers three settings: Comfort, Sport or Cupra. The driver controls these settings through the DDC system in the cockpit. The 2014 Tij-Power Leon Cupra is also equipped with 19-inch OZ Superturismo LM wheels and high-performance tires (2,149 EUR).
