The aftermarket specialists from JE Design announced today the development of a new powerkit for the latest generation of the Seat Leon Cupra (2014). JE Design's power kit is developed for the Leon Cupra 280-SC, which is powered by a 2.0 TSI 2.0-liter turbocharged engine. The Seat Leon Cupra powerkit includes a re-mapped ECU that increases the horsepower output of the Spanish hatchback to 258 kW/350 hp and 440 Nm of torque. This is 52 kW / 70 hp and 60 Nm of torque more than the standard version of the model. Equipped with direct shift, JE Design's Seat Leon Cupra is able to accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 5.1 seconds and to reach a top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h). The standard version of the 2014 Leon Cupra needs 5.7 seconds to get to 62 mph (100 km/h).

JE Design's powerkit for the new Leon Cupra (2014) is completed by a sport exhaust system that start at the CAT and that's priced at 2,023 Euro. The new exhaust features 80 millimeters tailpipes, which, for an extra 369 EUR can be made of carbon fiber.

Apart from the powerkit, JE Design is also offering KW coilover suspension for the DCC (Dynamic Chassis Control) equipped Leon Cupra, which is priced at 2,299 Euro. This new suspension reduces the ride height by up to 45 mm. Optionally, you can also equip your JE Design Seat Leon Cupra with lowering springs for the original shock absorbers, which reduce the ride height by an additional 35 mm (236 EUR).

JE Design's body kit for the 2014 Seat Leon Cupra includes a front spoiler (417 EUR) and side skirts (357 EUR). There is also a set of 19-inch alloys (1,851 EUR) available.
