Seat revealed today the new Leon CUPRA ST, which is the station wagon version of the popular hot hatch. The obvious reason for which Seat is now offering an estate version of the Leon Cupra is luggage capacity. The Leon CUPRA ST offers 1,470 litres of it. The Leon Cupra ST is going to be sold in two versions, both of which come with 2.0 TSI engine with dual injection and variable camshaft timing. One version develops 195 kW / 265 PS and the other one puts out 206 kW / 280 PS. Both versions offer 350 Nm of torque between 1,700 rpm and 5,600 rpm. Depending on the type of transmission, the Leon CUPRA ST needs 6.2 seconds (manual) or 6.1 seconds (DSG) to accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h). Their top speed, as you can imagine, is electronically limited to 155 mph (250 km/h).

The Leon CUPRA ST comes equipped with DCC dynamic chassis control, a front differential lock, progressive steering, Drive Profile and LED headlights. Seat is offering the optional Performance Pack, which adds larger Brembo brake calipers, and distinctive wheels and tires. Here are the full specifications of the Seat Leon CUPRA ST. Its price and availability are going to be announced at a later date.
