Peugeot revealed recently the top of the range version of the new 308. The 2015 Peugeot 308 GT's price has not been disclosed yet, but the French carmaker says it will go on sale next month. The 2015 Peugeot 308 GT is going to be sold with a choice between a petrol and a diesel engine. The petrol version of the new 2015 308 GT is powered by a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder THP turbocharged engine that develops 202 hp and 285 Nm of torque between 1,750 rpm and 4,500 rpm. The engine is coupled with a 6-speed manual transmission. Peugeot is going to sell the new 308 GT (2015) with a 2.0-liter BlueHDI diesel engine too. This powertrain develops 178 hp and 400 Nm of torque at 2,000 rpm. The diesel version of the new Peugeot 308 GT (2015) comes with an automatic transmission.
According to the official specs, the new 308 GT comes with a stiffer and sportier suspension setup, the Driver Sport Pack and a faster acceleration pedal. Its equipment list includes LED headlights, a rear diffuser, double exhaust pipes, and a special badge.
