HPerformance announced today a massive power upgrade for the Audi TT RS. HPerformance's new powerkit for the Audi TT RS increases the output of the 2.5 TFSI turbocharged engine to a massive 750 hp (551 kW) and 880 Nm of torque. The standard version of the TT RS delivers 360 hp and 332 lb-ft of torque. Unfortunately, HPerformance did not disclose the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) acceleration time of their modified TT RS, nor its top speed. The standard version of the coupe needs 4.6 seconds to reach the 60 mph mark and it is limited to a 155 mph (250 km/h). We assume that HPerformance's Audi TT RS, with more than double the power and torque offers a significant improvement in terms of acceleration and top speed.
HPerformance's 750 hp Audi TT RS powerkit includes a modified GTX-35 turbocharger, a modified exhaust manifold, a charge air cooler, a 90 mm air intake, a 90 mm Clubsport exhaust, a high-pressure fuel pump, and optimized injectors. HPerformance's powerkit for the Audi TT RS also includes a spring-borne sintered metal clutch, R8 ceramics brakes, and a re-programmed ECU. The price of this power package is set at 50,000 Euro.
