FolienCenter, a German aftermarket specialist, revealed today a nee personalization program for the Audi TT RS. The FolienCenter Audi TT RS is wrapped in a special red foil that has a chromed effect. This is a new prototype foil developed by Hexis. The coupe’s hood, side mirror casings and rear wing are wrapped in a contrasting matt gray foil. FolienCenter's TT RS is fitted with the same 9x20 inch rims you'll find on the factory Audi RS6, Hankook S1 Evo tires and a Bilstein B16 coilover suspension system. FolienCenter lowered the ride of their new TT RS. The FolienCenter Audi TT RS is powered by the standard 2.5-liter 5-cylinder engine that has received quite a few modifications. The performance package was developed by LOBA motorsports and it includes a LO500P turbocharger, a modified intercooler, a new fuel pump, high-performance ignition plugs, and a modified ECU.
As a result, FolienCenter's Audi TT RS develops 501 hp and 563 Nm of torque. FolienCenter also fitted their new Audi TT RS with a Sachs-Performance clutch and a Milltek exhaust system with HJS racing catalytic converters.
The FolienCenter Audi TT RS can accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.6 seconds and it can reach a top speed of 320 km/h. Currently, the tuner is working on a power pack that will give the TT RS no less than 700 hp. FolienCenter did not yet announce the price of their Audi TT RS.
