The tuners from PP Performance revealed recently a new powerkit for the BMW 550i, as well as a few exterior and interior styling upgrades. As you know, the BMW 550i is powered by a 4.4-liter V8 engine that develops 449 hp and 650 Nm of torque. Thanks to PP Performance's power kit the same engine puts out 570 hp and 800 Nm of torque. This is a serious gain of 121 hp and 150 Nm of torque. Unfortunately, PP Performance did not disclose the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) acceleration time of their modified 550i. Its top speed is a mystery too. However, the aftermarket specialists do mention that they're going to remove the Bimmer's top speed limiter. PP Performance prices their new performance package for the BMW 550i at 4,299 EUR. Apart from the power pack, this 550i is equipped with a few other upgrades too.

These include a set of H&R lowering springs (reduce the ride height by 35 mm), Yido Performance YP1 Talia 20-inch alloys, and Michelin Pilot Sport tires. The new PP Performance BMW 550i is also fitted with a modified front bumper, a rear diffuser, and a few interesting interior styling upgrades.
