BMW has reserved lately three trademarks: BMW M10, BMW 555 and Progressive Activity Sedan.
The recent discussions on the web say that the BMW M10 will be a front engine high speed vehicle. The BMW M10 might get the V10 engine from the M5/M6 developing 550 HP or the 420 hp engine from the BMW M3 E92. These power figures will put the BMW M10 in direct competition with the Audi R8.
The BMW 555 trademark was Published for Opposition on July 31, 2007. Usually the first digit of the number signifies the Series, in this case the BMW 5-Series and the following two digits say the engine capacity.
In this case this will indicate a BMW 555 with a 5.5 liter engine. But this is only a speculation.
"Sports Activity Coupe" is the name BMW has given to the new X6 series. Is "Progressive Activity Sedan" e new "kind" of sedan?
