BMW confirmed today that there will be a BMW X1 , a Gran Turismo, a MINI SAV and a Rolls-Royce Coupe by the year 2012. The "Gran Turismo" will be based on the incredible BMW CS concept presented at the Shanghai Auto Show.
The BMW X1 will be a Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV), continuing on the path started by this year's Frankfurt sensation - the BMW X6 concept.
After the MINI Clubman, the next one will be a MINI SAV, or Sports Activity Vehicle.
The Rolls-Royce Coupe will be a launched as the Coupe version of the
Phantom. Apart from the coupe, BMW also announces a new Rolls Royce model that will be positioned below the Rolls-Royce Phantom in terms of both price and size.
BMW also gave details about the Progressive Activity Sedan (PAS) that we presented a few posts ago. They say it will be a "fundamentally altered concept " that will "establish an entirely new segment, introducing a unique interpretation of the sedan".
