Disney/Pixar's World Of Cars will have its UK debut at this year's British International Motor Show. Life-size versions of the characters from Disney/Pixar's Cars movie, including Lightning McQueen and Sally will be on display in the London’s Docklands area.
The life-size versions of the characters from Cars are based on real models. Lightning McQueen is a custom-built car with a fiberglass body on a 1978 Trans am chassis and Sally is a customised 2002 Porsche 911. Mater is a custom-built vehicle built on a Chevy dually pickup chassis, and Mack the Truck is a 1985 Mack super-Liner.
