Abarth has released the images and details of the Fiat 500C Abarth which will debut at the Geneva Motor Show next week. The Fiat 500C Abarth is powered by the 140 HP 1.4 16v Turbo T-Jet engine that develops 140 HP (103 kW) at 5000 rpm and 206 Nm of torque at 2000 rpm in Sport mode. The Fiat 500C Abarth is fitted with an Abarth Competizione 5-speed gearbox with MTA shift system with electrical actuation of mechanical gearbox and steering wheel paddles.

The top speed of the Fiat 500C Abarth is limited to 205 km/h and the car can reach 100 km/h from stand still in 8.1 seconds. the fuel consumption in the combined cycle of the 500C Abarth is rated at 6.5 l/100 km and the CO2 emissions at 155 g/km.

The Fiat 500C Abarth comes with a McPherson strut independent front suspension and a Torsion bar rear suspension with special calibration and anti-roll bar. The braking system of the Fiat 500C Abarth includes 284 x 22 mm self-ventilating front discs and 240 mm x 11 mm rear discs. The Fiat 500C Abarth is also fitted with ESP and TTC (Torque Transfer Control).
