Continuing the celebrations of its success van, the blue Oval also launched today the Ford Transit Sapphire special edition. The Ford Transit Sapphire will be built at the company's plant in Southampton, UK, and will mark the model's 45th anniversary. The Ford Transit Sapphire is powered by 2.2-liter Euro 4 TDCi engine that develops 115PS and 300Nm of torque which is coupled with a 6-speed transmission.
Standard features of the Ford Transit Sapphire include air conditioning, a full width unglazed bulkhead, s 6000 RDS radio/CD, power operated and heated mirrors and ABS brakes with EBD. The options list of the Ford Transit Sapphire include Electronic stability program (ESP), Bluetooth with voice control and auto headlights.
