The German aftermarket specialists from Hamann revealed recently a new set of upgrades for the Porsche Macan S Diesel. For starters, they are offering a powerkit, which increases the output of the 3.0-litre V6 engine from 258 hp and 580 Nm of torque to 310 hp and 680 Nm of torque. Even though Hamann did not disclose the technical details of their new power pack, we assume it includes a re-programmed ECU. As a result of the extra power, the new Hamann Porsche Macan S Diesel is able to accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 5.7 seconds. This is 0.6 seconds faster than the standard version of the SUV. Its top speed has not been disclose yet.
Hamann's wide body kit for the Porsche Macan S Diesel includes a modified front bumper with two double strips of LED daytime running lights, wider wheel arches, new side skirts, a restyled rear bumper and a tailgate wing.
Hamann's Macan S Diesel is also fitted 22-inch Anniversary EVO alloys, a stainless steel sport exhaust system with valve control, and a lowered suspension system.
The price of these modifications has not been announced yet.
