Infiniti QX80 and QX80 Limited

Infiniti revealed today at the 2014 New York auto show the new 2015 QX80 and the new QX80 Limited. Even though the Infiniti QX80's interior does have a rather premium, elegant feel, we have to say we haven't seen such a bizarre looking SUV in a very long time. Infiniti says the QX80's exterior styling is inspired by the Q50. Transferring the front styling of a sedan to an SUV has always been a challenge, and we're afraid Infiniti did not do a very good job this time. Since beauty is in the eye of the beholder, we'll just limit ourselves to giving you the QX80's specs and other technical details. The power of Infiniti's new SUV comes from a 5.6-liter V8 engine that develops 400 hp and 413 lb-ft of torque.

The QX80's engine is coupled with a 7-speed automatic transmission with Adaptive Shift Control (ASC) and manual shift mode with Downshift Rev Matching (DRM).

The 2015 Infiniti QX80 comes with LED high/low beam headlights, new exterior colors, new Stratford Burl trim, leather-wrapped and Stratford Burl steering wheel, High Beam Assist and Predictive Forward Collision Warning (PFCW).

Infiniti also revealed today the QX80 Limited special edition, which comes with several distinctive feature and it's a bit easier on the eyes.

Here are the full specifications of the Infiniti QX80. These are the specifications of the QX80 Limited.
