The Infiniti Q50 Eau Rouge concept had its world debut at the 2014 NAIAS show in Detroit, United States of America. In comparison to the standard Q50, the Q50 Eau Rouge is 22 mm wider and it has 20-mm wider tracks both at the front and at the rear. Infiniti equips the Q50 Eau Rouge with distinctive aerodynamics, which includes a carbon fiber front bumper with a twin-pane lower air-splitter and brake cooling ducting, a black-chrome front grille, a bespoke aluminum hood with vents for cooling the engine bay, and 10 mm wider wheel arches. Infiniti's Eau Rouge Q50 features a carbon fiber roof, side mirror casings, and rear bumper with an integrated diffuser. The boot lid has been modified and it now includes a spoiler.

The Eau Rouge Q50 is equipped with a bespoke stainless steel wide-bore sport exhaust system with two chromed tail pipes. The Q50 Eau Rouge sits on 21-inch alloys.

For the interior of the Q50 Eau Rouge, Infiniti chose an F1-style Steering wheel with paddle-shifters and a suede upholstery. Infiniti did not disclose any details regarding the engine of the Q50 Eau Rouge, but they did mention they expect it to develop around 500 hp and 600lb/ft of torque.
