Infiniti presented today a real-life version of the Vision GT concept, which is available in the GranTurismo 6 video game on PS3. Previously, the Infiniti Vision GT go be seen, and driven, only inside the GT6 PlayStation 3 game. Even though Infiniti release an extensive image gallery of the Vision GT's exterior, its interior can only be experienced inside GT6. The Infiniti Vision GT is already available for downloading for the GT6, which can only be played on the PlayStation 3 gaming console. Infiniti designed the Vision GT in close collaboration with Polyphony Digital Inc., which are the creators of the popular video game. So far, GT6 was sold in no less than 72 million copies worldwide. The Vision GT started as a global design competition to "create a pure Infiniti GT car".
The Vision GT tries to preview the way a "high performance Infiniti could look like in the future." Well, if the Japanese carmaker believes the Infiniti Vision GT could become a production car in the distant future, you might just start saving right now. It will probably come with a huge price tag.
