The first images of Infiniti's latest concept, the EMERG-E, leaked today over the web. Infiniti announced that the world debut of the EMERG-E will take place at this year's Geneva motor show. However, they did not mention whether or not the EMERG-E will make it into production in the near future. As we suspected, the Infiniti EMERG-E is a two-door sportscar, with some extremely attractive looks. Infiniti says that the EMERG-E has a mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive architecture. Its power comes from an electric motor, which also features an internal combustion engine, used as a range extender. Even though the EMERG-E is powered by a hybrid drivetrain, let's hope its performance will match its looks. You can't have that supercar body, and not go faster than 60 mph.
Infiniti’s EMERG-E concept comes with huge brakes with ventilated discs, a low suspension system, and an awesome looking central exhaust system.
The Infiniti EMERG-E concept comes with an elegant interior, made with the help of premium materials, which features a futuristic dashboard and a set of sport seats.
We'll have all the details of Infiniti's EMERG-E concept next week.
